Quality Control is one aspect of our business that is of the utmost importance to us. We have a process that is followed for project, and it is as follows:
· Prior to award: The Agile PM will meet with all appropriate parties and discuss, in detail, all install needs and requirements to determine installation dates for furnishings, per floor, per department, etc.
· Upon Award: Our PM assigned to your project will go to the job site and confirm field measurements, electrical, entry, elevator and building / site requirements. If and where discrepancies occur, the Dealer will be contacted to discuss measures needed to be taken as a team prior to order entry.
· Upon Order Acknowledgement: Meeting will be held between Dealer’s Project Team, Agile PM, and the designated end-user(s) to discuss dates for furnishings, and any changes if necessary.
· Review of Order Acknowledgement: Once orders have been placed we will work with dealer’s project coordinator to email Agile all acknowledgements for review to make sure that orders are on track with proposed install schedule.
· Delivery Management: Agile PM will work with dealers coordinators to have all items tagged per room or floor location. The warehouse will notify the project manager of items received daily and follow up with emails which will be forwarded to assigned dealer coordinator.
· Delivery and Installation: Our PM will supervise the field personnel for the duration of the project. This will include proper handling and installation of product in conformance with product specifications and the dealer's design, establish and maintain standards for competency and assuring the proper conduct of trades. It’s the PM’s job to control and report any and all damages to dealer as punch. If site allows for pictures to be taken, then all issues will have visuals for tracking and reporting purposes.
· Post Installation: A master punch-list will be created if needed that highlights any installation problems and exceptions and outline a schedule for their resolution. The punch-lists will include meeting productivity goals, sign-offs of completed areas, properly authorized written change orders, problems and exceptions. Our PM will work with labor force complete documentation of all furniture installation issues and will be on site to supervise completion of the final punch-list and obtain a final sign-off from authorized end-user when completion is fully accepted.
On all projects, Rick is personally involved to ensure schedules are met to the customer’s satisfaction. One of his strengths is to provide solutions to complex problems in the field. He has managed projects that include such industries as: education, banking, law, and Federal agencies both CONUS and OCONUS. He acquired his methodology from his Military service and 25+ years experience in the contract furniture installation industry.

Agile PM has been working with AFOSI and NCIS since 2014. The Agile team has been involved on many projects ranging from single stations to multiple floors. The relationship between Agile and these agencies has been growing year to year. Together we have completed projects across the East coast and in California. The work has been mainly systems, private office, seating, pantry's, lounge areas and in some cases architectural walls and IT equipment has been part of the scope. We have partnered with many dealers and installation companies to provide the customers needs.

Agile was hired to project manage and provide labor for a secure project in Virginia. The work was all done after hours, took 16 days to complete based on the phasing requested as well as the nature of the space that was 24/7. The GC from JThompson was required to stay ahead with carpet and paint. We completed 5 offices per night; they were single person on up to 5 person rooms. The furniture set up per person was L shape HAT's with ped, bookcase, round table (one per room), side chair, task chair, dual monitor arm, surface mounted power, wire managers, and one wall mounted glass whiteboard per room.

Allsteel was awarded the FF&E package to provide all the furnishings, design, and specifications. This consisted of 2700 stations, 1500 Private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, dining facility, workout facility, warehousing, and security facilities. As the Sr PM for the dealer of record, Rick managed four installation companies as well as worked closely with the GC, NAVFAC, and the factories for an around the clock delivery and installation. The project was compressed to an 18-week schedule from 26, which was met with completed punch and install. Rick maintained a high level of professionalism in dealing with all aspects of the contract and was a integral part in getting the final punch completed. As of 2018 Agile PM was given the green light from the agencies and facilities housed in the building to continue to work loosely with them. Today they continue to rely heavily on Agile Project Management services for oversight, design, and installation of reconfigurations and new projects.

Agile was hired in 2018 to acquire labor and provided onsite leadership for the furniture efforts in revamping branches and offices in the local region. Many projects have been multiple floors and the schedules have been challenging. But at every step Insidesource and Agile PM have met expectations of the client or surpassed them. Agile has also been able to provide storage capabilities for the many sites. This allows service calls to be completed quickly as these ever growing customers have many changes within their offices and need quick turnarounds for furniture needs.
